UV and light barriers

Special colours, stabilisers and UV blockers offer a solution to the phenomenon of taste change due to light in for instance beverages, containing vitamins. This is a particular issue for dairy products – especially UHT milk and yoghurt, where even a higher level of light protection is required and Resilux offers a range of light-blocking products called ResiBlock®. These protect light sensitive beverages and therefore extend their shelf-life and ensure quality.
