suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt im Schichtbetrieb einen:

Teamleiter (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

• Koordinierung des Produktionsteams

• Optimierung der ges. Produktionslinien

• Störungsbeseitigung an den Produktionslinien

• Planung und Koordinierung von Instand- und Wartungsarbeiten

an den Produktionsanlagen

Sie bringen mit:

• abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Berufsausbildung,

Weiterbildung zum Meister
• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektronik

und Steuerungstechnik sowie SPS Programm Anpassungen

I like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with colleagues in other countries.

I have been working at Resilux Distribution Russia (Moscow) since August 2017.

On the operational side, I’m involved in recruiting and hiring people, maintaining personnel records, working with personnel databases and controlling staffing and salary budgets. I also organize employee training, calculate bonuses and create incentive systems. In addition, I make adaptation programs, oversee interns, on-board new employees and supervise employee interaction.

On the people side, I’m involved with safety in the workplace issues, work culture and employee engagement. I must analyse staff turnover and productivity creating reports and implementing new initiatives.

I like working in this industrial environment and I especially like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with my HR colleagues in other countries.
