Was Deine Aufgaben sind

  • Umsetzung von Lean Management (5S, TPM, SMED, SFM)
  • Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Operations
  • Ausarbeitung, Dokumentation und Einführung von neuen Abläufen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitern. Digitalisierung der Prozesse (Shop Floor Management, Produktionsaufträge)
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und der Nutzung der bestehenden Tools
  • RMP (Resilux Manufacturing Program) Key User
  • Kontaktperson in Bezug auf die Arbeitssicherheit, Schnittstelle zu externen Partnern sowie Durchführung der SUVA-Kampagnen
  • Unterstützung von internen und externen Audits sowie beim Monatsreporting

Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie einer höheren Fachausbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Lean Management
  • KOPAS Ausbildung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in industriellem Produktionsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr zuverlässige, exakte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und den Willen mit uns was zu bewegen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

I like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with colleagues in other countries.

I have been working at Resilux Distribution Russia (Moscow) since August 2017. 

On the operational side, I’m involved in recruiting and hiring people, maintaining personnel records, working with personnel databases and controlling staffing and salary budgets. I also organize employee training, calculate bonuses and create incentive systems. In addition, I make adaptation programs, oversee interns, on-board new employees and supervise employee interaction.

On the people side, I’m involved with safety in the workplace issues, work culture and employee engagement. I must analyse staff turnover and productivity creating reports and implementing new initiatives. 

I like working in this industrial environment and I especially like the international exposure Resilux gives me through interactions with my HR colleagues in other countries.
